After our inspectors have thoroughly checked your potential home, the information is then transcribed into a comprehensive 83 point inspection report. You, as our customer, receive a copy. This report is thorough; we look not only for visual problems, but also potential problems that could cost you tens of thousands of dollars in the future.

AVP Home Inspection Report
AVP inspectors perform a top to bottom, interior and exterior analysis of your prospective home. Virtually every system and component of the dwelling is visually inspected and thoroughly appraised for soundness.
Unlike many other home inspection firms, AVP provides a complete evaluation of infestation and /or damage resulting from the presence of wood destroying insects. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to accompany our personnel on the day of inspection. Whether you choose to be present or not, be assured that our comprehensive 12 page report will be prepared in a clear and understandable format, and promptly delivered.
Radon Testing
Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas. Radon can be found through the United States. The E.P.A. and the surgeon general recommend all homes be tested below the third floor.
Radon gets into the home through cracks and gaps in concrete floors, walls and service pipes.
There are simple and low cost ways to fix a radon problem. Even high levels can be reduced to acceptable levels.
